Faculty at Oxbridge has its special character. Each faculty member is both a teacher and a scholar, an expert in his/her own field. The Oxbridge has full time highly qualified teachers, who have extensive teaching experience in their respective fields. Each staff member also imbibes the Oxbridge culture and ethos, which is the thread that binds the entire teaching fraternity of the Oxbridge. A teacher not only imparts instruction through regular teaching periods, it also engages students in a variety of other activities, whether it is to conduct school morning assembly or other school activities (like school publications, sports etc.) Teachers are provided with the orientation programs from time to time for the development of analytical skills. All the faculty members work with great zeal.
